The Rolex Building is the newest addition to the prominent Harwood District of Dallas.  The 8-story ground up structure includes 4 levels of underground parking, office space, laboratories, and high-end finishes designed by Tokyo based firm Kengo Kuma and Associates in partnership with in house Harwood Architects to create Dallas’s first Japanese designed office building. Kengo Kuma was the recipient of the architect Institute of Japan award and has spearheaded many notable projects.  The Rolex Building is also the recipient of The Dallas Business Journals Best Real Estate of the year award in Urban offices.
