The project consisted of a 13- story shell office tower with 2- stories of retail space and a 6- story pre-cast attached parking garage in The Woodlands.  It included two Entergy pad mount transformers, three retail services, two 4000A building service entrances, and extensive exterior architectural lighting.  Additional scope was added to complete the “Super Block” telephone and Entergy primary utility distribution system.
