Design/Build project with a total of 210,653 square feet between three buildings on a 30 acre site. The buildings included a 258,000 sf Manufacturing Bldg, a 27,000 sf Office Bldg, a 35,000 sf Maintenance/Machine Shop Support Bldg and a Daycare/Pavillion Bldg. In addition to the Electrical, our scope included the Tele/Data System and Fire Alarm System.
