The Terraces at Douglas Center is a new construction core and shell 12 story commercial office building with 4 additional levels of underground parking located in the Preston Center area of Dallas. The project was built in a zero lot line environment with the help of Hi-Tech Electric, Inc. and a construction team that were able to meet the challenges inherent to this type of construction. BIM / 3D modeling was used to successfully navigate a design that required very close coordination between all trades.
