The project consisted of a 2-story ground up structure with 66,000 square feet of hospital and 270,000 square feet of parking.  The hospital included a 4000 amp main service, 1200 KW diesel generator and all related site utilities . It consisted of 6 operating rooms, 6 emergency rooms, 22 patient rooms, 12 pre-op rooms, 16 recovery rooms, a pharmacy, kitchen and dining area, as well as security and administration  areas.
