River Oaks District is a 1.4 million sq ft mixed use development located in west Houston. Hi-Tech Electric was involved from the very beginning in a design assist role. We were able to help bring the project from the budgeting phase, through design to project completion while helping control the budget and schedule. Our scope included the core and shell construction of all retail/office buildings, site utilities, and landscape lighting and power.
